Derek O'Brien has had many years working with chocolate and his handcrafted chocolates are a mouthwatering treat for any occasion.

Made from a blend of Belgian and German chocolate and fresh cream, hand piped, hand rolled and hand finished, they will leave you dreaming in chocolate.

There are three basic flavours available, Baileys, Quanttro & Orange, and Truffle. The chocolates are all hand piped, hand rolled and have their own unique finishes intended to enhance the individual flavours.

Derek's chocolates can be found in Mount Juliet's rooms for VIP Guests and are great for any occasion from weddings to corporate events.
